General information—not a project agreement
Website content is general roofing and business information. It is not an inspection, engineering opinion, code certification, insurance opinion, legal advice, safety instruction for a specific property, proposal, warranty, or promise to perform work.
Sending or preparing an email does not create a contractor-client relationship, reserve a time, guarantee a response, or form a construction agreement. Any project commitment must be stated in a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by the authorized parties.
Insurance and deductibles
We are a roofing contractor, not a public insurance adjuster or law firm. We can inspect and document roof conditions, provide a construction estimate, and discuss technical information about the proposed work. Coverage, claim, and settlement decisions belong to you and your insurer. The property owner is responsible for any applicable deductible; we do not waive, rebate, or absorb deductibles.
Safe and permitted use
Do not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misrepresent identity or authority, violate another person’s rights, or submit unlawful or unnecessarily sensitive information. Do not climb onto a roof or take an unsafe action to gather information for this website.

The Good Roofing Company name, logo, site design, and original website content may not be copied or used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission. External links are provided for context; third-party sites control their own content and practices.
Availability and revisions
The website may change, move, become unavailable, or contain an error. Content can be revised as services and verified facts change. If website information conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
